By downloading or using the AIO Calculator app (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. You're not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you also shouldn't try to translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions. The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to SendItOver Technology ("we", "us", or "our").

SendItOver Technology is committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AIO Calculator is a mobile application that provides calculation tools including:

• Basic arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Scientific calculator functions
• Unit conversion tools
• Calculation history tracking (stored locally on your device)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the App will meet your expectations

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SendItOver Technology be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of calculations performed by the App, we do not guarantee the correctness of calculation results. You are solely responsible for verifying all calculation results before relying on them for any purpose, including financial, medical, legal, or professional decisions.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your use of the App, you may simply stop using it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
